This research was supported by a grant from the Policy Dialogue Program of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada in January 2021 titled, Operationalizing Indigenous Governing Authority in Impact Assessments of Major Projects. The original team of researchers included Dayna Nadine Scott, Estair Van Wagner, Donna Ashamock, and Veronica Guido. Isabel McMurray and Laura Tanguay joined the research team in spring 2021. The core editorial group expanded in fall of 2021 to include Jennifer Sankey, post-doctoral visitor to Osgoode Hall Law School.

Dr. Jennifer Sankey is a Postdoctoral Visitor at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Laura Tanguay is a Ph.D. Candidate at York University in the Faculty of Environmental and Urban Change.
